Stellar Living, a leader in senior health and wellness, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. This position will focus on providing respiratory care services to our senior residents across various living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents by employing diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatments. Evaluate patient respiratory conditions by performing physical examinations and conducting diagnostic tests. Create and implement treatment plans based on assessments and standards of care. Operate and manage respiratory equipment such as ventilators and concentrators. Educate patients and families on respiratory care, treatment plans, and management of illnesses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive healthcare and optimize outcomes for patients. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Stay abreast of latest healthcare trends in respiratory care and participate in professional development opportunities. Proficient in using various respiratory care equipments Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Adept at handling and responding to complex medical situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
