Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in
Colorado, is seeking a Travel RN specializing in Mixed Behavior
Health to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing
high-quality, compassionate care to patients across various
UCHealth facilities, focusing on mental and behavioral health
challenges. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to
work in different settings within our network, enriching their
experience and contributing to their professional growth in
behavioral health nursing. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Provide direct patient care to individuals with diverse behavioral
health needs. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Educate patients and families on health
maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Travel between facilities within the UCHealth system
as needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong
clinical skills in behavioral and mental health care. Ability to
adapt to varied ambulatory settings and patient conditions.
Efficient in time management and ability to multitask under
pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Colorado. CPR/BLS certification by the American Heart Association
or equivalent.
