Job Description:

Our hotel is seeking a Security Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:
--- The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues.
--- The Security Agent will manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests, and team members.
--- Duties include but are not limited to patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure, answering in-house calls, assist team members and guests as needed.
--- Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations, and ensure property follow-up and communication.
--- Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.

Qualifications:
--- Diploma or GED, 21 years or older
--- Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry
--- CPR training or certification
--- Professional communication skills
