Compensation: 74000 - 131000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Work closely with Buyers--- Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Team player who believes their success is the team---s success About Company Top 5% team in Colorado for 19 years.
