Job Description In home selling exterior windows, decking, roofs, and siding Krueger Brothers Provides: -- Market-leading compensation -- Company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop -- This is a W2 position --- not a subcontractor -- $35k Base Salary plus commissions -- A competitive 401(k) retirement savings program. -- Proven income range for a good salesman currently $50,000 - $150,000 /year Requirements: To Be Hired 1. Create a cell phone video where you are selling a product (pick any) across the kitchen table. Video requirements: your face must be in the picture at all times, tell us the function, feature and benefit of the item you are selling . Answer three objections: 1. price is too high, 2.why do I need a proposal to buy it, 3. why it takes three months before it arrives. 2. Submit a detailed resume. -- Construction experience (desirable, but not required) -- In Home Sales experience or equivalent experience -- Excellent oral and written communication skills. -- Team player with autonomous work experience (self starter). -- Sales oriented, customer focused with excellent soft skills. -- Strong problem solving, closing, and analytical abilities. -- Ability to learn and consistently follow a well-designed sales process -- Ability to listen and understand where another person is coming from. -- Ability to ask for the purchase and be pleasantly persistent to ensure that a proposal is accepted -- Basic computer software skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Pipedrive etc.) -- Ability to work on multiple clients and projects while keeping all of the details straight 3.
