Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Training Solution
Consultant in Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Global Customer Education team in developing
educational solutions for customers
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create and
execute enterprise customer training plans
Owning customer issues, providing support, and maintaining training
resources and playbooks
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in selling or implementing training
solutions
3+ years of experience in developing learning strategies for
Enterprise-level organizations
1-3 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform user experience or
equivalent certifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Flexibility to accommodate other time zones 2x a week
