Job Description:
Overview:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our
team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a
variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth
operation of our facilities.Duties: Empties all trash cans daily
Vacuums carpeting in the offices, halls and bullpen areas Dusts as
required Cleans glass doors and windows Assists with snow removal
Cleans bathrooms, mops or vacuums as required as well as
replenishes paper products Any other general cleaning duties needed
in all office areas Wipes down countertops and mops kitchen areas
Heavy cleaning projects will also be assigned periodically Supports
supplier and keeps kitchen and pantry clean during business
hoursJob Type: ContractPay: $20.26 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours:
