Rate of Pay: $21/hour
Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible
for but not limited to the following:
Function:
This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position, 40 hours a week
with vacation and sick time as well as medical, dental, and
optional insurance coverages.
The Maintenance tech is responsible for keeping assigned areas of
congregate and non-congregate living spaces in a clean, sanitary,
and orderly condition. Priorities of this position will include
turning over rooms upon exit of residents, daily cleaning and
sanitizing of common areas, and complying with all health and
safety standards and policies.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an
intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull, and
reach overhead. Ability to operate telephone. Ability to lift to 25
pounds. Ability to access and produce information from the
computer. Ability to understand written information. Qualified
individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the
