LOCATION: SPACECOM - Colorado Springs, CO Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 Annually CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance About Us: Celestar, a Veteran Owned Company is Very Competitive with Salaries and Benefits.As an example, we offer Company Paid Benefits that include Employee and Family Dental Insurance, Employee Health Insurance, Life Insurance and Disability Insurance as well.We also offer a 401K retirement company match, paid Holidays and Personal Time offResponsibilities: --- Completes Reports and Makes Recommendations by providing Tier 3 UAM Analysis support--- The purpose of Tier 3 UAM analysis is to review the alerts and supporting information escalated by the Tier 2 analysts, complete the InT analysis, and provide a final InT recommendation to the Site Project Lead for further action--- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature--- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements--- Remains informed of current trends, lead practices and other news/information that could improve analysis--- Conducts initial and reinforcement training and remains current on InT/UAM news, information, and trends as well as related analysis activities--- May be required to attend conferences, read news and journals, attend component specific InT/UAM required training, and participate in other InT/UAM value-added training and community events--- Identify and recommend new alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making, capabilities, and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of InT analysis, tools, solutions, and program--- Identify and recommend changes to existing alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making, capabilities, and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of InT analysis, tools, solutions, and programRequired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsDesired Education : Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.SDepartment of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.SDepartment of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degreeCome onboard with a company that Values its Employees!
