Project Cost Control AnalystPosition Type: Full TimeSalary
Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,
the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $131,000. Final
compensation for this role will be determined by various factors
such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills,
certifications, and geographic location.Location: Colorado Springs,
Colorado. This is not a remote position.Additional Compensation:

a Project Cost Control Analyst to join our team in Colorado
Springs, CO. The Project Cost Control Analyst will take part in the
planning, tracking, analysis, Unanet accounting software and
reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, complexity,
and level of risk. Activities may include support in the following
areas: Project Start-Up, Maintenance, and Close-Out; Performance
Analysis, Labor, Travel ODC Recording, Reporting, and Analysis;
Subcontractor Maintenance, Monthly Financial Reporting, Customer
Reporting and Forecasting.We are committed to providing our team

unique opportunity.Responsibilities:Monitor contract funding status
and initiate changes, corrections, and modifications. Send out
percentage spent notifications when/where applicable.Manage project
setup and maintenance (includes project numbers, labor categories,
rates, etc.) inside of the Unanet Software System.Assists the
Project Manager in duties related to financial performance,
planning, tracking, and reporting as required for each
contract.Communicate timecard, invoice, and expense practices for
the project and proactively monitor project timecards and
subcontractor invoices are processed in a timely manner.Timely
review of contract invoicing every month.Ensure accuracy of
appropriate project cost coding and JTR regulation compliance and
education to the team.Expense/Travel Report Review/Tracking on a
daily basis.Process required project reports, monitor project
costs, identify and resolve issues.Interface with Contracts,
Accounting, and HR to ensure integration across teams.Communicate
project status and findings to management.Directly Support internal
and external project reviews.Apply cross-functional knowledge in
business and financial management to ensure contract financial and
reporting compliance.Develop and prepare financial to support
Monthly Status Reports (CDRLs).Support ad hoc requests by internal
management and external customersSupport Management in continual
process improvementInteraction/Support to international/commercial
projectsTracking ODCs related to international travel (DBA
Insurance, Hardship Pay, etc.)Requirements:Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel including intermediate use of formulas/functions
and pivot tables.Experience interfacing with Unanet accounting
software desiredProject accounting/controls support for Federal
Government contractsexposureGovernment Contract Pricing work
historyFamiliarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR)Preferred Skills:Detail-oriented with the ability to

Education: 7+ years in Program Cost Control or Accounting
experience with Bachelor's degree in business/accounting and
finance or equivalent combination of education and
