opportunity for a Principal Systems Software Analyst - C2BMC
Planner Verification Test to join our team of qualified, diverse
individuals. This position will be located out of Colorado Springs,
CO.Position Overview:As member of the Mission Applications Planner
Product Team of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and
Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) (aka C2BMC
NT), this position will participate in software design and peer
reviews, develop test specifications and infrastructure, execute
manual and automated test and perform analysis of C2BMC
implementation in an integrated environment or to test specific
capabilities for interfaces or infrastructure in support of
operations (e.g., Internal Messaging, control and monitoring,
message and display recording and playback, failover processing).
Responsibilities also include the coordination of lab resources,
test results and verification status with the C2BMC program and
customers.Basic Qualifications:If applicable, please note your
updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your
resume.An active Secret clearance is required.5 Years with
Bachelor's degree in a related field; 9 years' experience in lieu
of a degree.The ideal candidate will possess experience in testing
and evaluation of a software-intensive system in a variety of test
environments/venues, utilizing Agile development.This position will
require a strong, self-starting individual capable of diving into
problems with assistance from other test engineers and software
developers.Candidate experience should include: use of DoD test
methodologies; functional capability related test/analysis planning
and execution; planning and execution of test data collection; and
test data analysis and reporting.The analysis experience should
involve characterizing system, software, or component performance
using quantitative methods; reporting the characterization to
subsequent users; and contributing to performance assessment by
program system engineers. This experience may come from independent
efforts and/or from participation within test teams.Preferred
Qualifications:Experience with an Agile development process;
Automated testing for requirement verification and performance
assessment Requirement and verification analysis; Conducting
post-processing and analysis of collected data; Development of
action plans based upon analysis of data; Documenting software
deficiency reports; and Presenting analysis results and plans of
action orally and/or in written format (e.g., slides, annotated
slides, test report document).Experience in a DevSecOps
