Swing Shift: Mon. to Fri. 2PM to 10:30PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 hr.

Position Summary
perform repetitive plumbing and mechanical assembly or simple electromechanical assembly involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality
Performs tasks of Machine Builder I:
Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence
Assembles mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination
Assembles all variations of in-house standard products
Follows assembly/test instructions, e.g., color code, pvc solvent welding and thread taping.
Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures
Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)
Reads and interprets blueprints
Maintains equipment and area in a clean safe condition

Additional Responsibilities:
Will plumb variations of standard and custom products
Occasionally assist with in house plumbing mechanical work
Update and redline drawings as required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
Plumbing
Must understand and apply all applicable piping codes and requirements
Must be able to read and understand detailed layout, P&ID diagrams, and assembly drawings
