    Position Description:
    Forklift Operators are responsible for forklift inspection, maintenance, and operation including picking, loading, moving, and unloading jobsite supplies and materials.
    Position Qualifications:


    • High School Diploma or GED.


    • A valid forklift operator certification.


    • Valid Driver's License.


    • Follow safe work practices in accordance with the Hensel Phelps safety and health program.


    • Experience with forklift operations.


    • Knowledge of forklift maintenance.


    • Must be able to take initiative and ask questions.


    • Possess a keen attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.


    • Workers must provide their own safety footwear.


    • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and stakeholders.


    • Must be reliable and punctual. This includes having reliable transportation and consistent work attendance.


      Preferred Qualifications:


      • OSHA 10 Certification.


      • CPR & First Aid Certification.


        Essential Duties:


        • Operate forklift by picking, loading, moving, and unloading jobsite supplies and materials.


        • Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it's operationally ready at all times.


        • Perform maintenance work on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.


        • Inspect and document service on forklift.


        • Follow and comply with all safety policies.


        • Promote a safe work environment and communicates jobsite hazards.
