  BCB Owner Operators are paid on a mileage contract, with low expenses and generous fuel surcharge that adjusts weekly based on the DOE average.
  
  The package details are the following:
  • Solo loaded Rate Up to $1.35 per Mile with Safety Incentive
    
    
  • Team loaded Rate- Up to $1.50 per Mile with Safety Incentive
    
    
  • Empty Rate Solo $1.17 per mile, Empty Rate Team $1.32 per mile
    
    
  • Fuel Surcharge paid by a schedule and the FSC rate shall adjust $0.01 per mile, for each $0.05 schedule increase.
    
    Requirements:
    • CLASS A CDL
    • 23 Years of Age
    • 2 Years of Tractor - Trailer Driving experience
    • Good Driving Record
