Job Description:

Residential remodel/build project manager, plans and oversees various remodel projects from start to finish. Duties include maintaining budget within specified parameters. Communicating with and scheduling sub-contractors. Ability to anticipate problems and generate solutions so the build process is seamless to the customer. You must possess impeccable customer-service skills, excellent written and verbal skills, be able to read, understand, and execute on architectural drawings and engineering plans. You MUST understand the build process, the order of the build process, when to deviate from the process, and how to manage the process. Knowledge of PPRBD rules and procedures is a must. You must possess integrity, honesty, and a WORK ETHIC. You MUST have at LEAST three years of experience of managing residential construction projects. You MUST be able to manage five or six projects simultaneously. Company phone, iPad and vehicle provided.

Requirements

* Three (3) years construction experience
* Must understand the build process
* PPRBD rules and procedures
* Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
