Job Title: Space Test Range Architect Subject Matter Expert L4- 3690 Job Location: Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO 80914 Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is looking a Space Test Range Architect SME L4. The candidate will provide support in planning and managing space test range integration throughout USSF and DoD space and will provide executive systems engineering, interface definition and requirements management, interagency collaboration, and strategic architectural planning to effectively support space program test and training requirements. The candidate will possess experience in space systems design, architecture definition and functional analysis and must have had experience with large scale end-to-end satellite and space systems architecture development. The candidate needs to have a strong working knowledge of Model Bases Systems Engineering approaches, methods, and techniques. Education / Certifications

• Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering (MA/MS/ME) and/or work experience equivalent Skills / Experience Required
• 10+ years of manual and automation testing experience
• 10+ years hands-on experience developing automation tools, framework, continuous integration and build automation systems
• Understanding of scale and performance testing
• Lead range architecture level trade studies and developing space range architectures to support test of complex, state-of-the art systems for space-based applications
• Interact with space range customers, range acquisitions organizations, space system architects across USSF and other mission partners
• Lead space range CONOPS development, requirements definition, multi-segment interface definition, architecture integration, functional analysis, risk management, and space range design activities
• Support space range architect integration and interfaces with operational and training systems
• Develop architecture briefings, reports, ad other associated architecture documentation Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense (DoD) active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information. Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and may include lifting thirty (30) pounds, as necessary.
