Functions:
- Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or
self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer
computer hardware, software, network, system/application access,
and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems
utilizing historical database records.
- May route calls to product line specialists, application, or
system support specialists.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of
problems. Qualifications:
- AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
- TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
- Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements
- hours: 2400 - 800Two certifications are required for the
program: 1. Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert 2. PWS 9.1 cert The
likely hourly rate for this position is between $27.20 - $40.80,
this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary;
rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location
and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of
