Summary/Objective
CNS is seeking Analyst to assist with identifying metering information by reviewing substation electrical drawings and equipment manuals.

Essential Functions

• Ability to review technical documentation (e.g., drawings, blueprints, manuals) to identify pertinent information and data
  
• Familiarity with metering information
  
• Ability to document data and information accurately
  
• Search Colorado Springs Utilities' substation electrical drawings and equipment manuals to identify necessary metering information
  
• Documenting information and data accurately
  
  Work Environment
  This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  
  Physical Demands
  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  
  Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
  This is a part time position.
  
  Required Skills and Experience
  
  
  
• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
  
• At least three years of experience in economic development required.
  
• Ability to gather, collate, and analyze a variety of data.
  
• Working understanding of blueprints, codes, statistics, technical sketches, and graphics.
  
• Thorough understanding of program research, development, and implementation techniques.
  
• Thorough understanding of agencies and programs related to federal economic and urban development.
  
• Basic understanding of agency goals, objectives, programs, and services.
  
• Thorough understanding of economic development principles and practices.
  
  
  Required Education
  
  
  
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related feel is required.
  
  
  Work Authorization/Security Clearance
