work.(sm) -The -Data Analyst, Coding Analytics is responsible for
gathering requirements, analyzing and presenting revenue cycle data
to management for use in supporting operational and business
objectives that will result in lowering costs and improving DNFC
metrics -You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere
within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary
Responsibilities:
- Gathers requirements, analyzes, designs and delivers organized
analytics and reporting of Coding staffing, quality, productivity
and other data; Analyze, review, and forecast data for operational
and business planning
- Analyzes benchmarking data, reports, processes, and
measurements
- Create pivot tables, monitor trends, data omissions, and
completing data QA for DNFC reconciliation, rejected billing and
pended accounts
- Develops and documents complex business, analysis and reporting
requirements
- Evaluates and prioritizes data changes and enhancements
- Interprets data, facts and/or trends independently and makes
business recommendations to management
- Coordinates a variety of projects/requests simultaneously and
ensures timely completion in accordance with business
initiatives
- Works closely with our Coding team to translate business need
into technical requirements
- Leads stakeholder meetings to prioritize and understand
business priorities
- Continually looks for process improvement opportunities to help
streamline delivery
- Develops innovative approaches to achieve deliverables
- Serves as the subject matter expert on the teams reporting
analytics and recommends opportunities and/or action plans for
improved performance based on business need
- Performs UAT to ensure we are meeting the business use
cases
- Support short- and long-term operational / strategic business
activities through analysis
- Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through
research and analysis of data and business processes -
- Support systematic reporting processes related to DNFC
reconciliation and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily,
weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management
- Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for
completeness to meet business goals and trending
- Transfers data into meaningful, professional, and easy to
understand formats for various audiences
- Performs analysis, and uses data to support analysis of
business systems, processes, and/or intradepartmental impacts
- Assist coding team with daily / weekly / monthly reports for
operational purposes
- Ability to drive change and innovation through collaboration
and teamwork
- Works through issues and roadblocks with internal and external
stakeholders to reach amicable solutions that balance the needs of
all parties
- Collaborates with coding directors, managers, supervisors,
SMEs, training teams, and other stakeholders to ensure inputs,
processes and outputs are captured and maintained for effective
implementation
- Coordinates meetings as needed with team members
- Understands the complexity within functions, relationships, and
contractual obligations with the ability to balance competing
priorities
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of equivalent work
experience
- 3+ years of business analysis or data analysis experience
- 1+ years of client facing experience
- Experience with Encoders, EHR, and billing applications (i.e.
eCAC, Epic, MS4, Cerner, Meditech, 3M, etc.)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate experience with Tableau
- Intermediate experience with VisioPreferred Qualifications: - -

- 3+ years of progressive business experience in coding
operations
- Excellent communication, time/project management,
problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and
opportunities to coding leadership and the business in writing and
verbally
- Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and
research conflicting and/or inaccurate data - -
- Experience with various reporting and analytics tools (Gnosis,
Tableau, etc) -
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results
- Intermediate or better proficiency using MS Access (know how to
run queries)
- Project management and/or coordinator experience
- Effectively operate through complex organizational situations
with ability to anticipate obstacles and plan appropriate
approach

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is
$66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada
residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
