Systems sector is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position
will be located in Colorado Springs, CO. Roles and
Responsibilities: Develops, and administers security programs and
procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and
equipment. Experience in program security and personnel security
with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program
(access control, physical security, OPSEC, security education etc.)
Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to
company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and
acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from
government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and
establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records,
and for granting personnel and visitors' access to restricted
records and materials. Conducts security indoctrinations, education
classes, debriefings and security audits. Investigates security
violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be
taken. Must be able to respond to after hour alarms. Manage time
effectively and be able to take independent action following
projects through to completion. Take initiative to improve
processes, as well as provide solutions once an issue has been
identified. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
information to various audiences at all levels of the organization
both verbally and through written communications. Have strong
customer service mindset. Must be dependable, responsive, customer
focused and possess the qualities of diplomacy, tact, excellent
judgment, discretion and initiative. Must have the ability to be
flexible, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines. Basic
Qualifications: Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain
and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access 5 years
ofIndustrial Security experience with Bachelors; 3 years with
Masters; An additional 4 years ofapplicable work experience may be
substituted for bachelor's degree Knowledge and understanding of
the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM),
ICDs and Defense Industrial programs Strong working knowledge of
basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree CPSO
experience Experience in SAP Security Ability to recognize
opportunities and take independent action at resolving challenges
Ability to collaborate and engage effectively with customers,
security peers and program team members. Extensive background in
classified programs and thorough understanding of government
security regulations Experience with SIMS Salary Range: $76,200.00
- $114,400.00 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus
in addition to basepay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results.Employees in Vice President or Director positions
