Job Description We are seeking an On-Site, Kingdom of Saudia
Arabia (KSA), Technician System Administrator & Network Engineer
for the for the US Space Force (USSF) Shared Early Warning System
(SEWS) 3 Operations, Maintenance, and Support (OM&S) contract.
This contract supports the SEWS mission responsibilities of the
U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Theater Combatant Commands
(CCMDs), and CCMD sponsored Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners,
and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The SEWS is a
global extension of the United States (US) Early Warning systems.
It provides continuous, near-real-time, worldwide missile event
information to US CCMDs and NATO partners for situational awareness
and secondary notification, and to foreign partners for early
warning that is of the same high quality and timeliness as made
available to US Forces.The purpose of this system is to receive
Missile Warning (MW) messages, filter them according to the Data
Owner's Guide (DOG), as approved by the DoD, and transmit them on
to partner countries for display. SEWS receives Theater Event
System (TES) missile warning (MW) messages, processes the
information for release-ability and transmits the releasable
Missile Event Information (MEI) to partner countries for display.
TES consists of satellites, ground stations, and transceivers that
provide the Shared Early Warning architecture with Theater
Ballistic Missile Warning (TBMW) data. SEWS provides seven basic
data elements: Generic Missile Class, Launch Time, Predicted Impact
Area, Size of Attack, Launch Point, Launch Azimuth and Time of
Impact.ResponsibilitiesThe On-Site CENTCOM, KSA, Technician System
Administrator & Network Engineer is responsible for supporting 2
FMS Partners (C3 - 20%) and (C7 - 80%)
- Mission System Sites - (1) Centralized Distribution Facility
(Peterson SFB) - operational environment; (2) CCMD, NATO and Joint
Forces Sites (CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM); (3) FMS Partners.
- Mission System GOTS/GFE Components: SEWS as a system,
encompasses a System of Systems approach, with (1) a Receiver
subsystem (USAF Tactical Receive Segment (TRS)); (2) a SEW Gateway
subsystem (Event Message Distribution Subsystem (EMDS)/Radiant
Mercury (RM) Cross-Domain Solution); and (3) a Tactical Display
Processor (TDP) subsystem (Global Command and Control System-Joint
(GCCS-J)) as the main functional subsystems.The On-Site CENTCOM,
KSA, Technician System Administrator & Network Engineer will report
to the O&M Manager and collaborate with the S&T and EOSS
Theater Engineers and CDF System Administrator/Network Engineering
Lead. The position will work from home within the KSA. The position
will be responsible for the following: provide onsite technical
support for operations and maintenance at C3 and C7 FMS sites;
assist visiting teams with planned sustainment and training trips
at C3 and C7 FMS sites; provide assistance with system design,
maintenance, and/or sustainment; assist the CDF as necessary during
system and circuit outages; support all phases of in-country
hardware and software installation; assist in the certification of
SEWS 3 systems; perform changes and maintenance activities on SEWS
equipment; assist with shipment and/or transport of SEWS 3
equipment; and provide weekly site status messages.Strong
initiative and motivation, self-reliance, organizational, and
technical skills are required. This position will work in a
high-visibility mission-critical function. Given the lean
workforce, a person with 6-10 years of experience is needed to
provide the level of experience necessary to properly execute the
mission.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

other departments, and/or representing outside organizations.

solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining
objectives and approaches to assignment.
- Impact - Effects of decision are long-lasting and heavily
influence the future course of the organization. May function in a
project leadership role. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve
results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company
resources.
- Liaison - Serves as consultant to management and special
external spokesperson for the organization on major matters
pertaining to its policies, plans and objectives. May interact with
senior external personnel on significant technical matters often
requiring coordination between organizationsEducation Level:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in STEM-related systems/network
administration / engineering/ computer engineering/IT field; This
position also requires DOD 8570 compliance.Experience: Minimum: 6 -
10 years' experience with technical related system/network
administration experience. Preferred experience with GCCS-J,
Radiant Mercury (RM) and USAF Tactical Receiver System
(TRS).Security Clearance: Secret. (with the ability to obtain
