JourneymanPay: $24.25 - $42.00 per hourPay rate is dependent on
education and experienceEssential Functions:Reasonable

major components in varying configurations of equipmentCommunicates
with customers on the diagnosis and status of repairs, parts, and
other concernsAccurately troubleshoots and repairs CAT equipment
the first timeReads, understands, and applies electrical and
hydraulic schematics to repair workMakes determinations in the
field on warranty repair and guidelines, communicating decisions to
customer and dispatcherWorks with the Service Department, Product
Support Representatives, and Sales Department to meet all of the
customer's needsMaintains truck and crane inspection logs, and CAT
Service reports on a daily basisMaintains tooling in good working
order as per MSHA and OSHA regulationsMaintains service vehicle in
safe and good repairTeaches and coaches other technicians in the
fieldPromotes Wagner Equipment Co. to customersOther duties as
assigned by managerRequired Education and Experience:High School
Diploma or GEDRelevant CAT related courses3+ years' experience
servicing heavy equipment1-3 years administrative/clerical
experience3-5 years customer service experience3-5 years sales

D Driver's LicenseMSHA LicenseCompetencies:Data Entry, Telephone
SkillsSafety KnowledgeReading/writing, reasoning, organizational,
