Description
SAIC is seeking a -Space Control Research and Architecture
Development Analyst -to support the analysis and development of
Space Control architectures for the Headquarters United States
Space Force (HQ USSF). - This position will directly support the
Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP) Threat Analysis Division
(TAD) in the development and execution of adversary threat models.
- Utilizing Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools and
methodologies, this analysis will directly feed modeling and
simulation activities in the development of Space Control
architectures. - This is a full time position and resides off site
at the SAIC facility.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Provide detailed research and analysis support for the development
of current and future space control architectures
Provide detailed research and analysis support on adversary
capabilities
Ability to work with external organizations such as Combatant
Commands (COCOM), Major Commands (MAJCOM), the Intelligence
Community (IC), and various research and development
organizations.
Provide support to modeling and simulation activities
Provide strategic planning support and execution to Wargames
Research and analyze developmental and operational issues requiring
USSF and SSDP interpretation, position or decision and formulate
the results (technical reports, graphs, presentations).
Provide analysis support to the review of policy, strategies,
doctrine, law, regulations, and authoritative concepts through all
phases of the acquisition and operational processes.

Qualifications
Qualifications - External
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience or in lieu of
Degree 3+ years of related experience
Five years of experience in at least two of the following
areas:
Modeling and Simulation Experience with the ability to integrate
and operate MBSE tools (e.g. AGI/STK, AFSIM, etc)
Intelligence Community Experience to perform research and
collaboration
Space Control mission area
COCOM experience with operational planning
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have demonstrated presentation skills and experience
interfacing with the customer
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and other government systems
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
This job pays $105-115K based on experience and other factors. - It
is also eligible for Restricted Stock Units (RSU) based on
salary.
Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed
represents the typical salary range for this position based on
experience and other factors.
