You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.About the team:Business Analyst II will support a cross-functional retirement operations team through reporting responsibilities. This position is unique and has no peers.What you will be doing:---Business Analyst II will be supporting various departments with reporting and analytical tasks.---Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.---Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.---Engaging in scrum rituals and ceremonies.---Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.What you will need:---Creates monthly metrics and ad hoc reporting---Runs recurring reports and generates data to support business function---Establishes staffing forecasts and assists in managing daily volume---Responsible for oversight and execution of annual procedure review---Prepares and presents data to influence business decisions---Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.---Creates and maintains macros (preferred but not required)---A bachelor's in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.Added bonus if you have:---Advanced Excel Skills---Creating or Maintaining Macros---AWD System/ Crystal ReportingWhat we offer you:At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees' careers as our own business.
