Position: - Sr. Construction Superintendent / Project Manager __________________________________________________
The Sr. Construction Superintendent / Project Manager is an ambassador of Villagree Luxury Homes and performs project management and job site supervision from start to finish for successful project completions. Works closely with the Finish Superintendent whom oversees the back-end of the interior build out. Employ effective skills in time management, scheduling, problem-solving, and multi-tasking. Perform daily oversight and strict quality assurance in the field, anticipate and overcome obstacles, and implement jobsite security and safety protocols. As a company ambassador, the individual must be adept with sharp communication skills, excellent customer service, and is respected and approachable among trades, clients, and coworkers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of construction sites and subcontractors from dirt to delivery for successful completion
Utilize project management software for construction schedules, documentation, etc and ensure projects are completed within projected build time
Ensure projects are constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents, change orders, and selection boards
Conduct and participate in meetings with trade partners, suppliers, and clients
Ensure city and county building and safety codes are maintained
Provide weekly reporting on timelines, progress, and adjustments
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum three years' experience as Construction Superintendent or Project Manager in residential construction, or similar work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or Project Management preferred, or equivalent work experience
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Organized and able to develop and sharply maintain timelines, schedules, and budgets
Must have strong customer relations and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills among all delivery channels
Accountable and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent team player/leadership skills
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Able to build and foster solid relationships with team members, trades, vendors, and clients
Physical and Other Requirements
Must have valid and current driver's license and can operate a motor vehicle in the State of Colorado
Must be able to drive between construction sites, suppliers/warehouses, vendors, etc
Must be able to lift minimum 30+ pounds at a time
Job Type:
Exempt, Full-time Salary
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
