Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Technicians for a global producer of high performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms.As a Production Technician you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing machines including robotic assembly equipment.****This is a temp to hire opportunity****Pay: $17.75 per hour-Day Shift/$19.25 per hour- PM Shift (12 hours)Day shift (7am-7pm)Night shift (7pm-7am)ResponsibilitiesChecks and inspects operation resultsOperate traditional fab equipmentOperate tools needed to complete wafer processingFollow proper material handling guidelines; handle delicate materialsFollow proper cleanroom protocolsAbility to troubleshoot tool errors and be able to make adjustments accordingly, while continuing to provide a quality productKnowledge of SPC data and chartsPerform first level engineering troubleshooting and dispositioning of lots/wafersSetup, operate, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment striving to achieve goals for quality, efficiency and productivity.Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship and communicate/collaborate on how to decrease or eliminateRequirements:3-5 years of machine operating experience in a high tech manufacturing environmentHS Diploma or GED.Previous experience in manufacturing/cleanroom setting a plusMust be able to work compressed work shiftsStanding for 12hour shiftLift up to 50lbsGood mechanical aptitude and vision/finger dexterityAttention to detailAbility to read and comprehend component part markings and polarityAbility to interpret Engineering Documentation, work instructions, and data collection chartsProfessional and positive communication skillsFluent in the English language both written and verbalStandard benefits offerings available are health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D and EAP****Volt Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer****
