Grumman Space Sector. Northrop Grumman is seeking Electrical
Engineers. This position will be located at our Space Sector in
Colorado Springs, CO. The qualified candidate will become part of
Northrop Grumman's Strategic Deterrent Systems division. The
selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused
environment where he/she will research, develop, design, and test
electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Design
electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems
for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.Basic
QualificationsThis requisition may be filled at either an Associate
Electrical Engineer or an Electrical Engineer. Basic qualification
for an Associate Electrical Engineer is a Bachelor's Degree. Basic
qualification for an Electrical Engineer is a Master's Degree.A
candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of
the below criteria. The candidate must:
Salary Range: $55,300 USD - $82,900 USDSalary Range 2: $67,500 USD
- $101,300 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays
and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
