Starting base pay for CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers is between 65-67 CPM and the earnings go up from there:

• $3,000 sign on bonus
  
• Monthly Productivity Incentive paid by the mile (4 CPM)
  
• Monthly Safety and Compliance Incentive ($100 per month)
  
• Seniority pay increases every 6 months

    CDL-A Team Truck Driver Job qualifications:
    
    • Minimum 23 years of age with valid CDL-A
      
    • Hazmat, Doubles and Tanker endorsements req. (onboard without and Hill Bros can help you get them!)
      
    • 12 months verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years; or 6 months experience plus truck driving school
      
    • No serious violations in last 2 years; no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
