Assist pharmacists in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy service. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records.
What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* 1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred (completion of an Accredited Technician training course may substitute for experience)
* Working knowledge of computer systems
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Active Pharmacy Technician License (Kansas), Certification (Colorado) or Provisional Certification (Colorado), Required. Provision Certificaitons must obtain State Certification within 12 months
Physical Requiremnets-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)

Penrose-St. Francis Health Services is a full-service, 522-bed acute care provider in Colorado Springs comprised of Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center.
