Take this chance to make a meaningful impact with your career today!Location: Colorado Springs BranchCoverage area: El Paso CountySchedule: PRNMust have: Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insuranceOur comprehensive benefits include:Competitive compensationMileage reimbursementFlexible scheduleEmployee referral program401(k) retirement savings planEmployee discountsResponsibilities:--- Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders, including recommendation and procurement of adaptive equipment--- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward their maximum level of independence and/or function--- Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members as applicable--- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided to ensure proper billing--- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice actQualifications:--- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program--- Must have a current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in state of operation--- Must have current BLS or CPR in accordance with state regulations--- Minimum one (1) year of PT experience preferredAbout our Line of Business: At Abode Hospice and Home Health, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
