AVP Servicing Product Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for an AVP, Servicing Product Lead, Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CRM and servicing capabilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of CRM and Contact Center platforms
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure best-in-class support

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Product or Operations Management in tech or financial services
Extensive experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking or lending
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
Experience with third-party vendors such as Savana and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is desirable
