Job Description:

A company is looking for an Affiliate Experience Professional to support their partner network in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues raised by Affiliate Partners and customers
Collaborate with Account and Program Staff to provide updates on escalations and ensure stakeholder communication
Maintain a tracking system for historical escalations and analyze trends for proactive issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Minimum of 3 years of experience in conflict resolution or escalations management
Proven experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills to track and analyze escalations
