Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Bridge innovation design and efficient manufacturing process to
deliver high-quality, low-cost products that exceed brand
expectations
Oversee sourcing and design needs through the development process,
working directly with the US team and factories
Find initiatives to improve speed, quality, and cost through
strategic partnerships and processes
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in building private label apparel
products
Experience in seamless and intimates industry
Experience defining and tracking all T&As Time and action
Experience in data maintenance, development charts, fitting
presentations, cost negotiations, and factory communication
Understanding of the plus-size market, women's fitting, and passion
for making women feel confident is a plus
