We seek a compassionate and well-organized individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position will be in direct contact with Spanish-speaking patients to help determine their needs and appropriate referrals, as well as assist with interpreting for Patient Advocates. It offers an individual a rewarding opportunity to minister in a dynamic and growing evangelistic ministry. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides advocacy care to patients
• Engages with patients in a caring and compassionate manner, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their interaction with the center
• Maintains relevant knowledge of resources to provide information to patients regarding available services and resources
• Assist in determining appropriate referrals for patients based on their needs and circumstances
• Maintains accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care
• Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed
• Performs various administrative duties for the proper functioning of a medical office
• May require working from one of multiple centers
• Participates in staff development events and volunteer in-services
• Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major eventsEXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Spanish speaking requiredQUALIFICATIONS
    • Strong advocate for the sanctity of life issues
    • Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life
    • Active commitment to a local church
    • A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the Gospel
    • Teachable spirit and functions well in a team environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written
    • Possesses a high degree of professionalism and maturity
    • Self-motivated and attention to detail
    • Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize work
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Internet savvy
    • Aptitude to learn software programs and systems
    • Flexible in unanticipated and unusual situationsCLASSIFICATIONFull-time for 40 hours per week. Pay range is $16.00 to $19.50. Scheduled hours may include one evening with the flexibility to travel between locations. Reports to Pregnancy Services Director.BENEFITS
