will be developing and sustaining systems using current
technologies and others yet to come. We are seeking team members

the following:Support the software development team focused on
DEVSECOPS solutionsSupport the development of system test solutions
in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost
constraintsAssist team in development of innovative Test Automation
solutionsParticipate in, prepare and execute comprehensive
system/element level test plans and proceduresSupport
system/element level test planning and test readiness
reviewsDocument test requirements and methodologies in the
requirements management system.Review system engineering
documentation to ensure test plans and methodologies meet system
needs and are accurate, comprehensive, consistent and
completeSupport the development of system integration plans,
procedures and scenarios used in the conduct of software/hardware
system integration testingParticipate in engineering peer reviews
as a document originator or reviewer to ensure technical quality
and engineering rigor is appropriateParticipate in project
technical risk analysis and mitigationThis requisition may be
filled at either a level 2 or a level 3, depending on the
candidate's experience as laid out in the basic qualifications
detailed below as well as the interview assessment.Basic
QualificationsLevel 2 (Test Engineer)Bachelor's degree in STEM
discipline with 2 years of systems and/or test engineering
experience; 0 years with a Master's degree in STEM disciplineMust
have a current Active OR Interim Secret level security clearance to
be considered**Interim DoD Secret clearanceFamiliarity or
experience with Agile software development methodologies, i.e.,
Scrum, Kanban, SAFeFamiliarity or experience with test
automationFamiliarity with MS Office suite of tools (i.e., Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Level 3 (Principal Test
Engineer)Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with 5 years of
systems and/or test engineering experience; 3 years with a Master's
degree in STEM discipline; 0 years with a PhD in STEM
disciplineMust have a current Active OR Interim Secret level
security clearance to be considered**Interim DoD Secret
clearanceFamiliarity or experience with Agile software development
methodologies, i.e., Scrum, Kanban, SAFeFamiliarity or experience

position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday

DiscountsSalary Range: $77,200 USD - $115,800 USDSalary Range 2:
$95,100 USD - $142,700 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
