Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal/Test
Conductor. This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO
and will support the Sentinel - Ground Based Strategic Deterrent
(GBSD) program. This role may offer a competitive relocation
assistance package.
What You ' ll Get To Do:
Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) Command & Launch (C&L) -
Launch, Guidance and Control (LGC) Team is looking for a Test
Conductor in support of Lab Operations and Lab Development and
test. Define and implement detailed test facility requirements and
lab processes / practices. Support the integration,
troubleshooting, asset tracking efforts in laboratory environments.
Stand up test facilities and work closely with site stakeholders
(Safety, Security, Product Teams).

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday
to take every other Friday off.
You ' ll Bring These Qualifications:
Test Conductor
2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters. An
additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a
degree.
US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded
within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special
Access Program (SAP) certification.
Experience in the area of aeronautical aviation test and/or
evaluation/hardware support.
Experience with trouble shooting systems under test and operation
of test equipment.
Principal Test Conductor
5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years
with PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in
lieu of a degree.
US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded
within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special
Access Program (SAP) certification.
Experience in the area of aeronautical aviation test and/or
evaluation/hardware support.
Experience with trouble shooting systems under test and operation
of test equipment.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher
(awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a
Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
Experience in lab start up development
Prior experience as a Technician possessing skills in the following
areas:
Experience utilizing MS products (Word, Excel, and Visio).
Effectively communicate issues and help to provide solutions.
Ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary Range: $70,100 USD - $105,100 USD
Salary Range 2: $86,300 USD - $129,500 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
