PET CITY - CITADELKennel Tech/Animal CaretakerDo you love working with people and pets?We are looking for fast-learning, motivated, hardworking, energetic people to join our team.Responsibilities will include:---Feeding and watering animals---Cleaning kennels and enclosures---Monitoring health of animals---Assisting in administering medication---Other tasks as assignedQualifications/Skills:---High school diploma or GED---Endurance in a manual labor environment---Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift 40+ lbs.---Accurately read and use measurements---Ability to follow directions and checklists---Reliable transportation and attendance---Availability to work weekends---Availability to work at least three shifts per week---Flexible hours - Must work at least one a.m. shift (starting 6am)Must work at least one p.m. shift (as late as 9pm)---Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment---Organized and attentive to detailCompensation:---Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee---Pay: $17-20 per hour---Bonus pay available after training and is based on performance metrics---Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 monthsPet City is an equal opportunity employer.
