Bailey's Moving & Storage is seeking to hire a self-driven Sales Representative. This Consultant will be responsible to meet effective prospecting metrics, maximum sales profitability and growth, and account acquisition within an assigned territory. They will achieve this by effectively selling our company's products and services through personal contacts and securing new business accounts and customers. This Outside Sales Representative will be expected to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory and to generate new business. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior sales experience in the moving industry preferred. This person will report to the General Manager.

This position will be 100% commission based after 3-4 months-or at the discretion of the Manager

This position is a full-time position with benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute on a strategic prospecting plan
• Meet with future customers and sell our services.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
• Always provides the highest level of customer service
• Must provide your own reliable transportation
• MVR must meet company insurance liability requirements
• Must maintain company required insurance levels on your vehicle
• Must be able to access ALL military installations within our sales territory
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  
  • Ability to read/speak/write fluently in English
  • Work effectively in technology platforms required by the company (iPad, email, TEAMS, CRM)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team, supervisor, and other company personnel
  • Thorough organization of paperwork and processes
  • Provide best in class conflict resolution for customers
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Appearance must be neat, clean, and professional
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great people skills
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills
