Job DescriptionThe workplace investors group will be supporting
401k participants. This position will be taking incoming calls
throughout the day. Will be talking to shareholders with a variety
of calls. Needing to change information, updating info, helping
resolve account issues, etc. Could be very entry level calls or
could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming
up with their accounts. Will be looking at taking upwards of 40-60
calls per day. Wont be taking any calls that require giving
financial advice, but will help with things like, where did my
check go? Where did the 401k account go? Will be working with a few
different systems and web based programs, 5-7 programs on a daily
basis should be expected. 85% of the day will consist of taking
inbound phone calls. The next 15% will consist of email
correspondence and other administrative related tasks.Additional
job duties may include fulfilling client inquires such as changing
addresses and account information, providing assistance with online
accounts, investigating previous transactions, maintain accurate
information, and providing a high level of customer service
throughout each client interaction. Candidates will process orders
as requested, offer solutions based on client needs, use their
judgement to discuss and recommend additional services that may
benefit the client, and transfer calls to other departments for
further assistance as needed if clients are requesting financial
advice.Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 2+ years of
customer service experience required- 1+ years of call center or
inbound call experience required- Experience with MS Office
products (MS Word, MS Outlook)- Strong written and communication
skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their
clients via phone and emailPreferred Qualifications- Candidates
that have worked at USAA, California Casualty, Progressive,
T-Mobile, or another call center type environment- Some form of
financial related experience (New college graduate, bank tellers,
leasing agents)- High School Diploma or GEDAdditional Information -
Permanent shift schedule will be Monday-Friday 11am to 8 pm MST
