About the Position:

Hiring for an Assistant Superintendent responsible for wood-frame, podium, wrap, mid-rise and mixed-use urban-infill projects.

Requirements:

Applicants should have at least 2 or more years of on-site experience as a PE. APM or Assistant Superintendent for a general contractor or developer.

Must possess a project portfolio that includes some multifamily, large wood-frame, podium style mid-rise and/or mixed use urban infill projects.
