Job Description:
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple
western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force and Navy
under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as
J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test
and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting
aircraft, weapons systems, space and aircrews for today's missions
and tomorrow's global challenges. Perform as Systems Engineer for
the National Space Training and Testing Complex, 98th Space Range
Squadron (98SRS) located in Colorado. JOB SUMMARY ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Provides security management for multiple facets
of security operations to include information security, physical
security, visitor control, badging, document control,
classification management, personnel security, security
investigations, security briefings and self-inspections in support
of the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC). ---
Supports multiple facets of security operations to include
information security, physical security, visitor control, badging,
document control, classification management, and personnel
security, security investigations, developing and delivering
security briefings, self-inspections, and risk
identification/mitigation. --- Responsible for the implementation
of security related functions in accordance with the NISPOM, DoD
5200.01, 5205.07, ICD 705, and other applicable ICD manuals or
directives. --- Communicates with the clearance granting agency
regarding status of personnel security clearances and periodic
re-investigations for all employees, assigned teammates, and
consultants. --- Maintains visitor badging logs and daily
checklists. --- Uploads all foreign travel and other personnel
security actions for all employees, assigned teammates, and
consultants as required into the appropriate database. ---
Processes System Access Authorization/account Requests for multiple
networks. --- Oversees departmental coordination with employees,
assigned teammates, and consultants for timely submittal of
documents regarding initial clearances and periodic
reinvestigations; fingerprints employees/consultants as required.
--- Facilitates security briefings for individuals & groups as
necessary. --- Coordinates with governmental agencies regarding
proper classification guidance. --- Enforces all local security
procedures and practices including controlling access to secure
facilities or restricted areas. --- Responsible for maintaining
equipment inventory of all accountable classified material/items.
--- Conducts reviews of documentation for proper security controls
and markings. --- Performs other security related tasks as
directed. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Each employee must read,
understand, and implement the general and specific operational,
safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans,
procedures, and policies pertaining to their job. WORKING
CONDITIONS This position involves work typical of an office
environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting
(up to 20 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal,
constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and
editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for
routine communications. Must maintain constant mental alertness.
Routine travel to remote work locations may be required.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE Associates
Degree or equivalent military or technical school and 5 years
specifically related work experience in the personnel security
field, complemented by formal training such as successful
completion of the Industrial Security Management Course. Must be
very knowledgeable with the rules and regulations of the NISPOM
pertaining to all aspects of Personnel Security. Must have working
knowledge of site specific procedures and security requirements.
The position requires a high degree of accuracy pertaining to all
aspects of Personnel Security. Must have excellent communication
skills, both written and oral. Must be proficient operating
personal computers using Microsoft Word, Excel, and graphics
software, and possess data base management experience. Familiar
with a mainframe computer terminal, laminating machine and
professional instamatic camera. Must qualify for and maintain a
government security clearance and possess a current State issued

range for this position is 63K to 80K The salary range offered for
this position is a good faith description of the expected salary
range this role will pay. JT4 LLC considers factors such as (but
not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work
experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity,
as well as, market and business considerations when extending an
