Job Description:
Software developer (Case Management SME) will be responsible for
case management systems, data analysis, analysis of trends and
patterns, query development and reporting. The candidate shall
possess experience with data ingest and validation/ETL/address
hygiene, web services/internal service bus/enterprise service bus,
and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). The
candidate will engage with diverse stakeholder groups and
collaborating with system users to discover requirements. Minimum
ten years of experience on complex technical projects, including
work on highly available, national security systems. * Subject
matter expertise in the following areas: - Case management workflow
- Data analysis - Analysis of trends and patterns, query
development and reporting - Data ingest and validation/ETL/address
hygiene - Web services/internal service bus/enterprise service bus
o User interface/user experience design and development -
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and DevSecOps -
Test automation * Hands-on, working knowledge of GitLab and
Mattermost, particularly in support of release planning, release
management, project and team communications, and stakeholder
engagement. * Extensive experience with engaging diverse
stakeholder groups, and collaborating with system users to elicit
requirements. * Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality,
professional documentation. Experience in a large scale Federal IT
Program - Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework - US
Citizenship Required.
