Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal
Work Act, the salary range for this role is $97,793.50 -
$143,702.12. Final compensation for this role will be determined by
various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience,
skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is not a remote
position.
Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for an
end-of-year bonus.

Position Description:
As the Bluestaq Contracts Administrator, you will work directly
with company leadership and our program management team to
administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate contracts and
subcontracts. You will be responsible for all day-to-day contract
and subcontract administration for the Bluestaq team across a
portfolio of programs. Bluestaq leadership will depend on your
expertise to inform the team about contractual rights and
obligations to ensure contract deliverables are completed
accurately, correctly, and delivered on time. You will collaborate
with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide
contractual guidance and execution. In support of Bluestaq
leadership, you'll lead NDA, Agreements, and other strategic
document reviews across the organization. We'll count on you to
maintain expert knowledge of Federal contract rules and
regulations. Your contributions to the Bluestaq Team ensure we
execute and deliver across various government programs.
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
Required Education: 10+ years of DoD Contracting and Purchasing
experience with a Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with 2
additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4
additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree
Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain
a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is
required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background
screen and credit check.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates
must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own
expense.
