Job Title: Mission Partner Integration SME- 3688 Job Location: Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO 80914 Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is looking for a Mission Partner Integration SME L4. The contractor shall provide technical system integration support across the Air, Space and Cyberspace Domains. The contractor will guide the establishment of partnerships/relationships at all levels of leadership within each organization. The contractor shall possess experience with test, analysis, and/or experimentation of space systems or military systems including space operations or test control room experience. The essential duties include, but are not limited to: leading recurring meetings to establish cross architecture level trade studies and developing common interoperable architectures to support test of complex, state-of-the-art systems for space-based applications; CONOPS development, requirements definition, multi-segment interface definition, mission partner architecture integration, functional analysis, risk management, and space range design activities; support space range architect integration and interfaces with operational and training systems; and developing architecture briefings, reports, and other associated architecture documentation. The contractor shall provide support in planning and managing program transitions and operational integration, to include warfighter integration and requirements generation, wargame integration support, launch and initialization planning, ground system planning and integration, operational test and evaluation, initial operations, and program transition to operational units. Education / Certifications

• Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering (MA/MS/ME) and/or equivalent work experience. Skills / Experience Required
• Minimum 15 years' experience with DoD work experience
• Provide expertise in the development and fielding of the National Space Test and Training Center highly desired
• Provide independent assessments of the Air Force and U.S. Space Force architectures and advise USSF/TE and STARCOM leadership on decision options
• Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to test range program and staff
• Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues
• Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense (DoD) active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information. Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and may include lifting thirty (30) pounds, as necessary.
