The IRC works with government bodies, civil society actors, and local volunteers to help them translate their past experiences into assets that are valuable to their new communities. As a member of Threshold Giving, you stand at the forefront of our fundraising strategy, motivating the public on key issues while making meaningful connections daily.You'll gain valuable professional experience face-to-fundraising and door to door canvassing in Colorado Springs neighborhoods, high streets and select retail spaces, raising funds and awareness for people who need it most.Earn $25+ an hour base, plus bonus and benefits while working alongside other fun, passionate people- raising funds to help families in crisisQualifications: Strong communication skills Genuine passion for human rights A strong desire to directly engage with members of your community on these issues Candidates need an automobile and driver's license to advanceCompensation/Benefits: $25 an hour plus performance bonuses Fundraising a MUST!
