Global Promotional Sales is a fast-paced educational and promotional goods company looking for a Sales Associate. We sell a wide range of promotional and educational products to support our customers worldwide.As a Sales Support Associate, youll make Global Promotional Sales come alive and interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service theyve ever had!Were seeking an energetic Sales Associate for a fast-paced promotional and educational company. Must have 3 yrs. Experience interfacing with clients, doing outreach to prospective customers. Must be comfortable making outbound calls and interfacing with customers on the phone.Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Ability to travel to different states for conferencesQualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong listening, analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Associates or bachelor's degree is preferred
