role will provide Brokerage Operations services including the
review and acceptance of new account applications, coordinating new
business processes across internal departments, processing account
updates, and processing asset movement tasks.What you will doReview
new applications, complete setup of new accounts, process
contributions received, and perform suitability review of new
accounts as needed for the Brokerage line of business.Perform daily
reviews of outstanding applications and customer requests to ensure
timely processing and positive customer experience.Provide ongoing
updates to internal and external clients regarding the status of
items.Assist with recurring audits, reporting, and projects on a
monthly/quarterly basis.Draft correspondence with customers as
needed in the course of Brokerage processing.Coordinate procedure
updates for efficiency, accuracy, and completeness with
management.Support all aspects of the Self-Directed Brokerage
processing, as needed.What you will bringMinimum 1-2 years
experience in financial services Basic Microsoft Office
knowledgeBachelor's Degree in Business, or equivalent
experienceSeries 7, 24, and 63 FINRA registrations required within
corporate-established timelines.FINRA fingerprinting required.What

describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this
position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the
opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are
eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan,
whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on
individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from
posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer.Base Salary Range$
