Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a Principal Cyber
Systems Engineer - ESS to join our team of qualified, diverse
individuals. This position will be located out of Schriever Space
Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.Position Overview:
- Position will involve all phases of the System Development
Lifecycle for this Cyber technology.
- This position will be responsible for the design, architecture,
development, integration, unit test, installation, configuration,
integration, deployment and maintenance to include: HBSS
components, ePO and Win/RHEL Point Products.
- Maintain the latest HBSS configuration, host agents and
policies to enforce host-based security on system servers/work
- Perform regular required reporting, monitor applicable security
resources for updated requirements and compliance directions.
- Up to 50% of responsibilities will be performed at Schriever
Space Force Base. Travel to additional operational sites is
required.Basic Qualifications:If applicable, please note your
updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- 5 Years with Bachelor's degree in a related field; 9 years'
experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher
(Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)
- Experience with implementation, deployment and sustainment of
HBSS to include: ePO and Win/RHEL Point Products.
- This ESS position requires security engineering skills with a
working knowledge of Cybersecurity.
- ESS administration experience on Win and RHEL systems is
- Must have experience in security architecture design, security
Audit tools, security requirements generation, security testing,
and hardening workstations and servers.
- Excellent technical document preparation skills and verbal
communications are required for presentation of technical
information assurance issues and reports to senior
- VM integration experience is highly desired.
- Network design and software engineering backgrounds are a

Information:" Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,200 USD Employees
may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
