Northrop Grumman's Space Systems Talent Acquisition Team is searching for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Launch and Missile Defense Division recruiting team to support a broad customer base in a highly complex, technical environment. Ideally, this individual will sit at our Colorado Springs, Colorado, location. We will consider full-time virtual/remote opportunities, preferably within a commutable distance from our Colorado Springs, Colorado, location.If you are a dynamic recruiter with a passion for recruiting top, diverse talent, this is the opportunity to join a high performing team and drive business critical recruiting strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing full-life cycle recruiting, to include: screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process.
  • Assessing candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizing candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closing candidates to ensure high acceptance rates.
  • Acting as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborating with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives.
  • Possessing the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, developing trusting relationships and effecting business outcomes.
  • Leveraging other functional areas as well as utilizing data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies.

The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications: This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3. Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience - OR - a Master's degree and 1+ year of recruiting and/or sourcing experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:
        • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience - OR - a Master's degree and 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Additional Basic qualifications for both levels:
          • Experience recruiting technical talent.
          • Experience recruiting cleared talent.
          • Experience recruiting in-house or in a staffing agency environment.
          • US Citizenship.Preferred Qualifications:
            • Aerospace/defense industry recruiting experience.
            • Experience with Workday and M365.
            • Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearancejobs, and other similar sourcing tools. Salary Range: $61,900 USD - $92,900 USD Salary Range 2: $76,200 USD - $114,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
