Job DescriptionWe are looking for a customer-oriented Fire Sprinkler Repair Technician. A technician will act as a the face of the company; perform testing, repairs and maintenance of fire sprinklers and other water-based fire protection systems located at various customer sites throughout Pikes Peak Area. The best technicians are genuinely excited to help customers. They re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to a qualified technician. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don t have enough information to resolve any potential deficiencies they may encounter. They work well with others to achieve customer satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards by promptly and professionally performing job duties, following up with customers to ensure needs are met, and responding efficiently to customer inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on various water-based fire protection equipment: ie: Wet Sprinklers, Dry Sprinklers & Fire Hydrants
• Properly complete inspection reports via a tablet while in the field
• Communicate NFPA requirements to customers efficiently
• Manage and maintain certifications and licenses
• Responsibly use company vehicle and equipment
• Report promptly to supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow pre-determined schedule for daily workload
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customersSkills
  • Water-based fire protection equipment testing and repairs experience is required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree/GED
  • CSA, or NICET required
